It's worth the drive to Krum for the friendly, helpful people at Krum Self Storage. Facilities are clean and security is good. I highly recommend using this facility.

Coded gate access, was greeted and took care of paperwork quickly, people who run it very nice super helpful, she gave me direction to my hotel and stayed late to greet us since we could arrive by closing time. They even went out of their way to help me with a car problem (cover under engine had came loose and was dragging) showed us rented units and left us with an option of a smaller space (didn't know if ever thing would fit) my cousin rented from and loved it i think i will and I'm sure u will also

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Facility was clean. Overall good experience

The employees are so helpful and went out of their way to try to help me find a space after I accidentally reserved a parking spot instead of a storage bin.
