Wonderful storage with climate control Casey was great to deal with. With a great price. Rod & Dale

Krum Self Storage has been absolutely wonderful to work with. The staff is professional, personable, and incredibly friendly. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate our specific situation, making the entire process easy and stress-free. We originally planned to use our storage unit only between moves, but because of their exceptional customer service and willingness to help, we decided to keep it. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers, and Krum Self Storage does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, reliable, and customer-focused storage facility!

Great storage business to rent from. Prices are fair and don't increase often, ladies in the office are wonderful to work with, and honestly, I love the drive out there. I do recommend to friends and family!

Perfect place??

We rented two Uhaul trucks through them. Let me tell you. They are the best. Great customer service. Professional. Quick. Very clean bathroom. Free snacks!!! Thank you so much. I can’t remember her name but she’s very sweet and knows her stuff. Thanks a million.

We’ve had our unit at Krum Self Storage for a little over a year and have never had an issue. It’s close to home so easy for us to get to and from. The ladies in the front are very helpful and some of the nicest people I’ve met! Will definitely keep my stuff here!

We were so glad to find Krum Self Storage which is near our home. We've used them twice - both times when merging households while family members were staying with us. We found them to be professional, secure and convenient. We will continue to use them as well as recommend them to others!

Had storage here for over 5 years, space has gone up but cheaper than other locations. Never had any problems.

I've been using this storage facility for almost 10 years now and I've never had an issue. I'm extremely happy with this business and I would highly recommend them for any storage needs a person may have.

I moved this summer, and Krum Self Storage was a life saver. They had last minute space to park my trailer, inside climate-controlled storage and other storage that fit my needs. Casey and Shawna are great, and they even helped me with extra moving boxes.

I've been a customer of Krum Self Storage for over 12 years and during that time have had several different sizes of units. The inital set up was easy and the units and grounds are nice and clean. They've always been helpful when I've needed to upsize or downsize. The auto pay makes everything easy peasy. My husband even has a small outside unit for some of his stuff. We both LOVE Krum Self Storage and always recommend them to anyone needing a storage solution!

Been here for 2 years now! I am confident in the security of my items, management is available to answer questions, and I have 24/7 access to my items in a temp controlled area!

We have had a storage unit here for quite a while, two years I think... In that time, we have had zero complaints! After initially renting the unit and then stopping by once to set up autopay, we haven't had to go in the office at all. The gate always works, no issues with the payment system, the climate-controlled unit is always up to par, and they do a great job making sure the units are secure. There are lots of things to worry about when constructing a new home, our storage unit has not been one of them.

I have rented here for over 5 years and top reasons for picking this facility was location, 24 hour accessibility, climate controlled and price. The staff has always been helpful and a pleasant and the grounds are clean.

Excellent customer service experience at Krum Storage.

Conditioned units are a reasonable rate.

I've had climate controlled storage unit here for 9 years. It was a little rocky at first due to a bad manager, but they fixed it by changing to new management and it's been wonderful for the last several years. My belongings are in the same shape as when I stored them there. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for more than 4 years and still there!! Great staff great deals for new customers! Casey is absolutely amazing!!!

We have rented a storage unit at Krum Self Storage for many years. The customer service is impeccable and I have always felt that my belongings were safe and protected. I would highly recommend renting here and will always choose them first and foremost for my storage needs. You can't beat the prices and they are well worth the piece of mind you receive when renting here. Thank you Krum Self Storage!

We love this place because they really watch out for your belongings. Great communication. Very customer oriented. Great Prices! Easy access to Units & are very Durable. Carts are provided for heavy items. Very friendly, efficient staff on sight!

Clean and very reasonable prices

Good service, good price

Great place, friendly staff, easy in and out. Climate controlled storage is a plus.

Krum self storage is the place to go. I have had a storage unit here for 6 years without any issues. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

I have had my storage room here for 13 years and have never had a problem. The rent has been extremely reasonable (hence the 13 years). Management has also been very helpful, especially when one of my auto-payments was received late and the check was torn up in the mail.

Best storage facility I've ever used, great prices and very friendly, helpful staff!

I have been utilizing the Krum Storage for several years. I started around 2009. I have had nothing but good service from the personnel there, as well as the units are easily accessible and clean when you sign up to rent. My relation with Casey, the manager there now, has been great. She asists with any and all request you might have. She is a Jewel. The site may be a little out of the town Krum, however it is worth using as you will be taken care of.

We have rented an air conditioned storage locker and it was clean, well maintained. We also rented UHaul trucks. They are super helpful. I highly recommend them

Krum self storage has provided us with amazing service. The facility is well maintained. They also do regular checks around our camper to ensure our property secured. Shawna and Casey provide excellent customer service, they are friendly and detailed in all communication. We are thankful we found a storage facility that treats our property as if it was their own. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

Krum Self Storage has the best customer service. Everyone is always so kind and helpful and I’ve had storage with them for 4 years. I highly recommend them if you need somewhere for storage!

Awesome storage place. Security is top priority. Casey is awesome,.

Great Manager and safe place to store your belongings.

Great place , friendly and hopeful stuff!

One of the VERY BEST self-storage options in Denton County, and all of North Texas! Facility is secure, very clean, & always well maintained. Never had any issues. Prices are GREAT, and they don't raise them by insane amounts every few months like the "big box" storage places. And the Manager, Casey, is always so polite & super easy to work with! Always goes above & beyond!

Clean place. Lady helping was wonderful. Everything went as planned when moving.

Great place out in the country. My biggest trick takes me out their, he owns the place . We just go in back and ain't got to worry about nothing . Really nice

Best place for your off site possessions. The manager is the BEST EVER!!! Ensures all storage and vehicle spaces are checked regularly and if there is something wrong; our RV was beeping inside-hubby left keys in our storage room lock, we are called! WHO DOES THAT!

Clean and secured.

Superior service, great climate controlled space~

Casey was super helpful during a stressful move. Great location, nice units. Feels very secure and it has 24 hours access. Thanks again Casey.

Great place, I have used this storage place on 3 different occasions.

Randy was amazing - found me the best deal for a unit I needed, and actually helped even though I technically arrived during the lunch break when the office was closed. Not bad to get to at all from Denton, either
